Refund & Cancellation Policy

Pattern AI Labs, a trading name of Nexbillion Labs Private Limited ("we", "us", "our"), operates swaram.live — a digital, subscription-based service.

No refunds

All payments for subscriptions and credits are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. Because the Service is delivered digitally and consumed as you use it, we do not provide refunds for unused subscription time or unused credits.

Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel:

• your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period;
• no further charges are made after that period ends;
• no refund or credit is issued for the unused portion of the current period.

Credits

Credits — including the free credits granted to new accounts — are non-refundable, have no cash value, and are consumed as you use the Service.
