Privacy Policy

Last updated: 21 June 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Pattern AI Labs, a trading name of Nexbillion Labs Private Limited ("Pattern AI Labs", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information in connection with swaram.live — our real-time Malayalam voice API and developer dashboard (the "Service").

By using the Service you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Who we are

The Service is operated by Pattern AI Labs (Nexbillion Labs Private Limited), based in Kerala, India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at info@pattern-ai.com.

Information we collect

Account information. When you sign in (via Google) we receive and store your name and email address, and a unique identifier from your sign-in provider. We use this to create and secure your account.

Usage data. We store data about how you use the API — for example connection and session metadata, the number of minutes processed, request counts and timing, credit and billing records, and technical logs (such as IP address, timestamps, and error information). We use this to operate the Service, meter usage, secure the platform, and provide support.

Payment information. Subscriptions and payments are handled by our third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record. We receive records of your transactions (such as plan, amount, and status) but we do not collect or store your full card or banking details — those are handled by the payment provider.

Voice audio. Audio you stream to the Service is processed in real time to produce the spoken response. We do not store your audio. It is held only transiently in memory for the moment it takes to generate a reply, and it is not retained and not used to train models. You are responsible for any text instructions, context, or content you send, and for obtaining any consent required from the people whose voices you transmit.

How we use information

We use the information above to: provide, maintain, and improve the Service; create and authenticate accounts; meter usage and process billing; communicate with you about your account, security, and service changes; prevent fraud and abuse; and comply with our legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) requires it, we process personal data on the basis of your consent and as necessary to provide the Service you have requested and to meet our legal obligations.

Sharing and service providers

We share information only with third parties that help us run the Service — for example cloud infrastructure, AI processing, payment, and communications providers — and only to the extent needed to perform those functions on our behalf. These providers are bound to handle data appropriately. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and the safety of users.

Some of these providers may process data outside India. Where we transfer data internationally, we take steps to ensure it remains protected.

Data retention

We retain your account information and usage data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account, after which we will delete or anonymise your personal data except where we are required to retain it. As stated above, voice audio is not retained.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and short-lived credentials. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and to respond promptly to any incident.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact our grievance contact at info@pattern-ai.com. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Cookies

The dashboard uses a single, first-party session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above, and significant changes may be communicated through the Service.
